30 Minutes of Easy Exercise??
Mood:  not sure

     

 

 

 

 

I have desided to start exercising!!!   M'lis advises to do at least 30 minutes a day of light exercise!    Well I guess that is walking!  I hope it warms up soon so I can start swimming.   I am sure that will help shed some pounds!
