We know sometimes mistakes are made. Inner Bliss Wellness will replace a product if the original product arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong product. We will not refund money due to late arrival of a or package lost in mailing. Please contact us by email or phone within (7) days of placing of your order, to make us aware of any problems.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. We will not issue a refund until merchandise has arrived.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item. The original items CANNOT HAVE BEEN OPENED or TAMPERED WITH in order to receive a refund. If items have been opened or tampered with, we cannot issue a refund!
Send your package insured and prepaid (we recommend FedEx). Inner Bliss Wellness is not responsible for return shipping charges.
